Shipping & Payment Policies

We ship all orders discreetly. Your orders will arrive in a standard packaging from UPS or USPS from "Mr. Black".

We ship out all orders within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m-11:30 p.m. Eastern Time Zone. Please allow up to a week for delivery.  If you need your order sooner please inquire about our rush delivery services. Please allow 24-48 hours for detailed tracking information. This notification is sent via e-mail.

Returns and Exchanges

POLICY: No returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason. We are not responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages. Due to the nature of our products, once an item leaves our warehouse it is considered used, and therefore ineligible for return or exchange due to health and safety concerns. Our staff is trained in all of our products and more than happy to help you select the right item for you, if you have any questions before purchasing, please direct them to MrBlackLLC77@gmail.com.

Defective Item(s)

Please check your item(s) carefully. If you have an item that you believe is defective please email us at MrBlackLLC77@gmail.com, send a video and pictures of what the item(s) is doing. Please include your name and order number in the email. If it was purchased at an event please include purchase date. We must be notified within 7 days of purchase for any defective item(s). DO NOT SUBMERGE TOY(S) IN WATER.
